A bit about me.
I founded Engage & Create Consulting in December 2012, from my now home-town of Goondiwindi, South West Queensland. The focus of Engage & Create Consulting is to support the viability and vibrancy of businesses and community organisations across regional Australia. With two decades of experience in agricultural extension, Landcare and catchment management - I now work with regional communities and industry across the country on a range of projects, with the focus on identifying needs in business and implementing creative solutions to address them.
I also founded The Goondiwindi Business Hub, a venture I entered into with business partners in November 2013. “The Hub” is home to 8 businesses who have long-term tenancy. In May 2021, myself and my husband Tony then opened The House 4390, Goondiwindi’s newest and most exciting retail hub home to 5 female-led homewares and service businesses before selling this business in late 2022.

I have completed the AICD Company Directors Course and held several board leadership roles. Currently I am Queensland's Chief Entrepreneur and a board member on the Global Entrepreneur Network Australia and Motherland boards.

As the Co-Founder of The Connection Table, I build leadership capability in individuals across regional Australia through our flagship leadership program, coaching and mentoring.

My catch cry is that I don't take myself too seriously but I certainly take what I do seriously.
It is this contagious enthusiasm paired with my natural and engaging ability to tell a story that has seen me
become a sought after guest speaker, panelist and MC at state, national and international events.
